How do I place a custom order?

What file formats do you accept for my custom designs?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF files. For best results, please ensure your images are high-resolution (at least 300 DPI).
How long does it take to receive a quote for custom projects?
We typically respond to quote requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).
Design & Customization
Can I see a proof before my order is produced?
Yes! We provide digital proofs for all custom orders before production begins. We’ll send you a mockup of your design on the selected product for your approval. Once you approve the design, we will start making it.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, we offer professional design services completely FREE for almost all products. Our design team can help create custom graphics, logos, or complete artwork for your project.
Note: For any complex design, we may ask you for extra charge.
What if I don't have a design ready?
No problem! Our team can help create something special for you. Contact us or mention about your ideas, and we’ll work with you to develop a design that matches your vision.
Printing Methods
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing creates vibrant, durable, all-over prints on polyester fabrics and coated items like mugs. It’s ideal for custom apparel and merchandise but only works on light-colored, high-polyester materials.
What materials can you laser engrave/cut?
We can laser engrave and cut wood, acrylic, metal, glass, leather, paper, and fabric. Each material requires different settings and techniques.
What is 3D printing used for?
3D printing builds three-dimensional objects layer by layer from digital files. It’s perfect for rapid prototyping, custom parts, unique objects, figurines, jewelry, toys and functional tools.

Are your products dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes, most of our drinkware is dishwasher safe.

How long does production and shipping take?
- Standard production time is 1-2 business days after design approval.
