COLOR FUSION is committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and conveniently. This Shipping & Pickup Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for order shipping and pickup.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within given time frame (time frame varies as per the product) after receiving payment and design approval (if applicable).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods
  • We offer the following shipping options:

    1. Standard Shipping (2-5 business days)
    2. Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)
1.3 Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

1.4 Delivery Timeframes
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

1.5 Tracking Information
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Pickup Policy
2.1 Order Pickup
  • We offer pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders within Auckland.

2.2 Pickup Location
  • Orders can be picked up at 8 Hope Farm Avenue, Pakuranga Heights, Auckland 2010.
2.3 Pickup Hours
  • Pickup is available during the following hours:

    1. Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
    2. Saturday & Sunday: Pickup can be arrange, please discuss with us.
2.4 Pickup Notification
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before coming for pickup.

2.5 Identification Requirements
  • For pickup, please bring the following:

    1. Your order confirmation email or number
    2. We may ask you for a valid photo ID
2.6 Holding Period
  • Orders will be held for 7 days. If not picked up within this timeframe, the order may be canceled.

  • If order is for customised items, there will be no refund once order canceled.

  • If order is for non-customised items, we will porcess the refund.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
3.1 Damaged Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

3.2 Lost Shipments
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
4.1 Address Changes
  • Address changes must be made before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot alter delivery addresses.

4.2 Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before they are under go for the production.
