1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Customized Products
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless:
- They are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- There is a production error that differs from the approved design proof.
1.2 Non-Customized Products
Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item includes all original packaging and tags.
2. Return Process
2.1 Request a Return
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@colorfusion.co.nz or +64 20 460 0098 with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
2.2 Approval
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2.3 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- If eligible, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for approved returns. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned outside the specified return period.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
3.2 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- The item is returned in used or damaged condition.
- The return is incomplete or missing components.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility
Exchanges are available for defective items or incorrect orders. For other cases, please follow the return process and place a new order.
4.2 Processing Time
Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The timeframe depends on product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”
- Customized or personalized products, except for defects or production errors
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Before Production or Shipping
- Orders can be canceled before production starts. Contact us immediately at info@colorfusion.co.nz or +64 20 460 0098 to request a cancellation.
7.2 After Production or Shipping
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
